Submission of a classified ad does not constitute a commitment to publish the advertisement, and publication of an advertisement does not constitute an agreement for continued publication. We will accept only standard abbreviations and required proper punctuation. Infinity Classifieds reserves the right to edit, reclassify, revise, reject or cancel any advertisement at any time, in its sole discretion. Rates and specifications are subject to change.

Infinity Classifieds may cancel or terminate your right to use the Service or any part of the Service at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Service affected by such cancellation or termination.

IMPORTANT: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS RELATING TO THE ITEM YOU LIST, BUY OR SELL ON THIS SITE.

Infinity Classifieds prohibits the listing or sale of any item that is illegal to sell under any applicable law, or regulation. It is your responsibility to sell only legal goods and services and you must make sure that what you list for sale on the Site is legal and conforms to all the legal requirements of your local, state, provincial, federal or foreign law and regulations.
Infinity Classifieds prohibits the listing of any adult-oriented products or services, or listings which solicit directly or indirectly sexually-oriented services, or sexually-explicit content.

Accuracy of Information.
While this website tries to update the information or materials on this website as often as possible, no assurance is given that information or material on this website is up-to-date, accurate, error-free or complete.

Scams and Fraud:
Avoid scams & fraud by dealing locally -- non-local deals involving shipping, wire transfer & cashier checks are often fraudulent. Do not send someone money and expect them to ship you something, especially when they are out of province.

You should take the following precautions:
When buying or selling, you should meet in-person to see the product and exchange funds.

Never send or wire money to sellers or buyers. This includes never mailing a cheque or using payment services like Bidpay, Western Union or Money Gram to pay for items found on Infinity Classifieds. A red flag should go up if the scammer will only take their payment via Western Union, or another odd form of payment.

Infinity Classified does not offer any sort of buyer protection programs or secure payment systems. Any emails or web sites that talk about such systems are scams. If you receive any emails promoting these services, please forward the message to us.

Never provide your personal or banking information (e.g. social insurance number, credit card number) to others over the Internet.

Inform Infinity Classified of any attempted fraud or suspicious emails, ads, or other activity by community members. In case of fraud, file a police report and contact us.

Use common sense. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
