This professional candidate must have 5+ years of experience, be proficient in personal injury litigation, dealing with either accident benefits or tort litigation, competent knowledge in pleadings, undertakings, drafting statement of claims, affidavit of documents, pre-trial briefing and prep and accident benefit applications. An independent thinker with the ability to manage a file with minimal supervision and strong interpersonal skills are required.
